You feel like exercising, but you are not sure what you are allowed to do without causing any damage to the baby or straining yourself. We are here to assist you!
We have developed a special and safe training program for pregnant women or moms with newborns, that will help you prepare for childbirth or help you get back into shape after.
We will help you with efficient training and optimal functioning of your body to cope with the daily challenges.
We train the weakened muscles to prevent the following problems:
- Rectus Diastase
- Lower back pains
This program is designed and composed to your specific needs. And your baby is more than welcome to join you. You will be working out with other mothers and can share your experiences. What a great way to start your day! You will soon be feeling like the SuperMama that you are!
